Urdu Wali Poetry (https://urduwalipoetry.com) is an independent Urdu poetry website and online community operated by Yashwa Masih. We do not sell physical or digital products. All payments made on our website are voluntary support payments (donations) from our readers.
1. Voluntary Support Payments
Support payments are made voluntarily and are used to operate and maintain the website, fund prize money for our poetry contests, and support our team. As these are donations and not purchases, they are generally non-refundable.
2. Payments Made in Error
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or entered an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days of the payment. We will review your request and, if an error is confirmed, refund the amount to your original payment method.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please email urduwalipoetryofficial@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 0329-1544364 with the following details:
- Your full name
- The date and amount of the payment
- The transaction or order number
- The reason for your request
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or mobile wallet provider.
5. Monthly Support
You may cancel your monthly support at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future payments. Payments already made are non-refundable, except in the case of an error as described above.
6. Contest Prizes
Contest prizes are awarded under our Contest Rules and are separate from support payments. Supporting the website has no effect on contest results.
